Findings
On or about November 24, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) was sent out to the hospital to receive his/her insulin injection. The facility failed to have AV's medication on hand to dispense the medication timely. The AV did not suffer a serious outcome, however, it is the facility responsibility to have medication available to dispense. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
