Findings
On or about December 2, 2022, it was discovered that the Alleged Victim's (AV) credit card had been being used without authorization. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) admitted to other staff that he/she took AV's credit card and used it to buy gas and snacks. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse. The facility's failure to protect AV from financial abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
