Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is to have his/her hygiene care provided by the facility. Staff knew that AV's toenails were long and in need of cutting, however, no staff provided this service. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
