Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AV has been left on several occasions sitting in their feces and urine and not cleaning them up. On or about December 16, 2022, AV was sent to the hospital covered in bowel movement (BM) and urine. When AV goes to the bathroom by themselves and get covered in BM, they will then scratch their legs causing their BM to get into their scratched area and getting infected. AV is not being showered correctly and AV’s room is not being kept clean. The facility failed to provide service to AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP23-00508 $188.00 fine assessed
