Findings
The facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim’s (AV) care plan. AV’s care plan states AV needs to be assisted with dressing and grooming. On or about December 07, 2022, AV was found with vomit on h/h bed and floor. The failure resulted in AV experiencing unreasonable discomfort and a loss of dignity, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
