Findings
On or about December 21, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) withdrew approximately $400.00 from their account at an ATM. On or about December 24, 2022, the AV had $400 dollars missing from their room. An unknown individual (AP2) took AV’s money and his or her actions are considered theft and constitutes abuse by means of financial exploitation. The facility failed to protect the AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
