Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medication. On or about December 30, 2022, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) gave AV another residents medication. AV is allergic to one of the medications he/she was give. The facility and AP2 failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
