Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medication. AV has as needed pain medication and scheduled pain patches. AV did not receive pain relied patches on or about November 22nd and 29th, 2022. AV complained of pain almost daily. The facility failed to provide service for AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
