Findings
The facility failed to provide appropriate services according to the Alleged Victim's (AV) care needs for assistance with eating. The facility's failure to provide food necessary to maintain the health of AV as ordered, resulted in AV being hungry and losing weight which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
