Findings
On or about January 8, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) noticed his/her pill box went missing from his/her room. The pill box was taken by Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2, unknown). AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure to protect AV from financial abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
