- On or about December 25, 2022, it was discovered that the Alleged Victim (AV) had approximately ten (10) narcotic pain medication pills stolen by an unknown Alleged Perpetrator #3 (AP3). AP3 is responsible for theft of medications, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The investigation determined that the Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) was not responsible for the thefts. The facility failed to protect AV’s medications from theft, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
