Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) had three rings go missing between February 1, 2023 and February 4, 2023. AP4 (Unknown) took the rings from AV. AP4's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure to protect AV from financial abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
