Findings
On or about February 21, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) ran out of his/her blood pressure medication, as the facility failed to re-order the medication timely. AV had a spike in his/her blood pressure during the time that he/she did not receive his/her medication. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
