Findings
The facility failed to provide appropriate services and staff instructions according to the AV's needs and his/her CPAP care. The failure resulted in dark matter and particles being found in AV's CPAP machine, which s/he uses for oxygen at night, causing risk of infection and illness, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
