Findings
On or about March 17, 2023, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) administered another resident's medication to Alleged Victim (AV) due to AP2 being distracted. AV experienced light headiness and increased urination, causing AV unreasonable discomfort. AP2's actions is considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for AV which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
