Findings
On or about March 18, 2023, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) filmed an inappropriate video Alleged Victim (AV) and posted it to AP2 social media, which is a violation of AVs dignity, respect and considered verbal/emotional abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from verbal/emotional abuse which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
