Findings
The facility failed to maintain a safe medication administration system by administering a medication containing a known allergen to the Alleged Victim (AV). As a result, AV experienced adverse symptoms, became unwell, and required hospitalization. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
