Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care needs. On or about May 4, 2023, AV had $160.00 stolen and a Starbucks gift card from his/her room. It is unknown who the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) may be. AP2 failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
