Findings
The facility and Alleged Perpetrator 2 failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victim's medication was administered as ordered. AP2's failure resulted in AV being administered another residents medication causing unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
