- On or about July 15, 2022, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) took pain medication belonging to Alleged Victim (AV) for personal use. Based on facility documentation and interviews, AP2 admitted to taking 31 pills of AV's narcotic medication and also admitted to taking AV's Lorazepam and later throwing the Lorazepam pills in a dumpster. AP2 financially exploited AV by wrongfully taking medications prescribed to AV. AP2's actions is considered to be financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of the Oregon Administrative Rules.
