Findings
Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) has been seen being aggressive and/or inappropriate verbally towards the Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 has yelled at AV, causing emotional harm. After interactions with AP2, AV has been seen to be upset and will put his/her head down on the table. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute verbal abuse. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
