Findings
On or about July 28, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) suffered an incontinence event which required staff assistance to get cleaned up. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) was assisting AV, and hurried AV and dismissed AV's insistence that he/she was not clean. Another staff came to assist AV with other cares after AP2 and found that AV had feces on his/her leg, bottom and AV's gloves. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
