Findings
According to the documentation, the Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) failed to follow the Alleged Victim’s (AV) service plan regarding feeding. The failure resulted in AP2 force feeding the AV when they are capable of feeding themselves, which is a violation of resident rights and is considered physical abuse. The facility failed to follow the care plan which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
