Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care and assistance with toileting. On or about August 01, 2023, AV pushed call light for assistance in the bathroom, and waited approximately one (1) hour and thirty-one (31) minutes, causing physical exhaustion and unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to answer call light in a timely manner, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
