Findings
According to the documentation, the Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) failed to administer medication as prescribed to the Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 admitted to not administer medications to the AV on or about July 28, 2023, as prescribed, which is a violation of resident rights and is considered abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
