Findings
On or about August 25, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) noticed $300.00 missing from his/her room. AV's room did not have a lock box in his/her room. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
