Findings
On or about September 6, 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) gave Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) approximately $60.00 to purchase alcohol for him/herself and AV. AV had gifted AP2 $40.00 the day before also. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
