Findings
The facility failed to provide appropriate services to the Alleged Victim (AV) according to his/her medical condition. The failure resulted in AV not receiving would care and his/her legs being exposed for several hours exposing him/her to risk of infection, unreasonable discomfort at a loss of personal dignity, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
