Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) stated that Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) asked him/her for money. AV gave money to AP2 multiple times and saw AP2 ask and receive money from others. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure to protect AV from financial abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
