Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) stated that Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) was hounding him/herself and two other residents for gas money. AV gave money to AP2 because he/she felt bad and wanted AP2 to stop asking everyone. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility's failure to protect AV from financial abuse is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
