The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victim’s (AV) anxiety medication was available to administer as ordered. AV went without H/H anxiety medication from On or about October 8, 2023, until October 10, 2023. AV suffered unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
