Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to oversee their medication administration. According to an investigation, from approximately April 6, 2023, to October 23, 2023, AV was given an incorrect dosage of AV’s seizure medication, putting AV at risk of serious harm. The facility’s failure to implement a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
