Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. According to an investigation, on or about November 18, 2023, AV requested his/her PRN pain medication. AV did not receive the pain medication for over two hours, which resulted in unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed provide a safe medication administration, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
