The Alleged Victim (AV) has chronic bowel irritability and is prescribed medication to assist with bowel movements. The facility failed to provide this medication to AV as ordered, causing AV to have bowel accidents, causing AV to have a loss of dignity. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
