Findings
According to the documentation, the unknown Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) failed to protect the Alleged Victim (AV) from financial abuse. The failure resulted in the AP2 to steal the AV’s wedding ring which is a violation of resident rights and is considered financial abuse. The facility failed to protect the resident from financial abuse which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
