Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is prescribed medication every 6 hours for breathing treatment. On or about December 20. 2023, it was discovered by staff that AV's breathing treatment medication was not ordered timely and AV missed 9 breathing treatments. AV suffered shortness of breath due to not reeving his/her treatments timely. The facility's failure to re-order AV's medications timely caused AV unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
