Findings
On or about December 27. 2023, the Alleged Victim (AV) was trying to empty his/her ostomy bag and ended up getting feces on his/her legs and the floor. AV requested assistance from staff. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) was one of the staff that responded, and got upset an was gruff with AV while trying to provide some assistance. AP2 was visibly irritated to AV, who felt distress over the situation. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute neglect. The facility's failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
