Findings
On or about December 23, 2023, Alleged Victim's (AV) wedding ring went missing from his/her bedroom. An unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) financially exploited AV by wrongfully taking jewelry from AV. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
