Findings
The facility and Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2, unknown) allegedly failed to protect the Alleged Victim from financial exploitation. On or about December 16, 2023, it was discovered that the Alleged Victim's (AV) wedding ring was missing. It was unable to be determined who took AV's ring. AP2, an unknown person, took AV's ring, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
