Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is scheduled to receive mood altering medication daily, and when not received, AV feels discomfort and has worse symptoms. On or about January 10, 2024, AV did not get his/her medication, making him/her uncomfortable. It was discovered that the physician on AV's documentation is incorrect, causing medication to not be re-ordered timely. The facility's failure to have a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
