Findings
According to the documentation, the facility failed to administer The Alleged Victim’s (AV) seizure medication as prescribed by their primary care physician. The failure resulted in the AV to not be administered their full dose of seizure medication on or about January 22, 2024, which placed them at risk for seizure, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
