Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is prescribed pain medication daily to cope with his/her pain. On or about February 13, 2024, AV's pain medication was not re-ordered timely, leaving AV without his/her needed pain medication for 3 days. AV was in severe pain and miserable. The facility's failure to re-order AV's pain medication timely caused AV unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
