- The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for care and services. According to an investigation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) and Alleged Perpetrator 3 (AP3) had access to AV's money to purchase items that AV wanted. AP2 used AV's money without AV's knowledge and made purchases for AP2's self. AP2 and the facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of resident rights, and is neglect which constitutes abuse. The allegations against AP3 were investigated and determined to be inconclusive.
