Findings
The facility failed to properly administer the Alleged Victim’s (AV) medications consistent with the AVs physician order. According to an investigation, AV missed multiple doses of medications due to AVs physician not refilling the medication timely. Despite this occurring numerous times, the facility has no documented evidence attempts were made to intervene and assist with medication orders. There is no documented negative outcome for the AV. The failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
