On or about February 8, 2024, Alleged Victim (AV) had approximately $1000.00 in cash missing. Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) (unknown) wrongfully took money belonging to AV, AP2 actions are a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from Financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
