Findings
According to documentation, the AP2 failed to provide AV with assistance according to his/her needs. AP2’s failure to assist AV with dressing resulted in a loss of personal dignity and is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from abuse which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
