Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) receives routine insulin. On or about March 19, 2024 and March 23, 2024, AV missed at least one dose of his/her insulin. AV did not have any negative side effects, however, missing his/her insulin placed AV at risk for harm. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
