Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) receives blood sugar medication twice per day, administered by the facility. On or about March 17, 2024, Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) failed to schedule staff who were properly delegated to administer blood sugar medication, therefore, AV failed to receive his/her medication as required. The facility's failure to provide appropriate staff to administer medication is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
