Findings
On or about May 8, 2024, the Alleged Victim (AV) was found to be missing money and a gold band from his/her apartment. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2, unknown) took money and a gold band from AV’s apartment. AP2’s actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute financial abuse. The facility’s failure is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
