Findings
According to the documentation, an unknown Alleged perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to protect the Alleged Victim (AV) from financial abuse. On or about May 14, 2024, the AV reported to missing a ring. The facility staff looked for the ring and was unable to find it. It was determined an unknown AP2 stole the ring from the AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
